New on the site
**************************************
First thing to mention is the fact that we’ve created a much shorter site name to make it easier for everyone. So when you go telling all your friends and family all about this wonderful new website you’ve discovered, you won’t have to spend a half-hour just to say the name. Now it’s simply www.London2012UIG.com. There, job done.
Next up, we have some brand-new content…

These Newsletters
Just so you know, we’ll be posting every edition of this very newsletter, so you can view it at your leisure when you’re next at London2012UIG.com or if you want to direct a friend or colleague to them. This is also quite handy if you happen to accidentally delete emails from time. I know I’ve done it, but that’s another story…

What’s happened since we last wrote?
**************************************
Well, we’ve reached (and passed) the 1,000-day milestone in the build-up to the London 2012 Paralympics, which is great. I know it means a lot for everyone – planners, athletes and of course people like you who want to know the low-down from a tourist’s point of view.
Oh, and also, the British Labour party (who are currently in power) has sacked a candidate for calling the Queen a “parasite” and “vermin”. You can read more about that here.

What’s next?
**************************************
Next up, it’s heads down to get lots more content on the site and make it even more sparkly for you. Lots more pages on lots more subjects. Of course, you’ll be the first to know.
So, unitl, next time…
Best wishes,
Paul & Pete
