The Avenue restaurant, located in London’s Mayfair district (St. James’s), serves a superb mix of modern British cuisine with added inspirational ideas from the best of Europe.

They serve fresh, seasonal food, simply prepared and cooked.

However, the seasonal emphasis on the food means that the menu changes regularly (although there are some house specialities that grace the menu all year round).

The restaurant itself is stylishly minimalist with a smart cosmopolitan feel and a vibrant atmosphere. A skylight that runs the length of the dining room sprays the entire restaurant with natural light that adds to the airy, bright  atmosphere.

The excellent service and reasonably-priced, well-prepared food makes this restaurant a good choice for both lunch and dinner.

The staff are friendly, courteous and this adds to the overall style of this restaurant. If you’re in West End and hungry, don’t pass this one by. Pop in!
